Hi all, I'm assuming the white spots on the pink background are part of the image?  Please take a look and see what needs doing? Thanks.

The pink and white are part of the background, Lynn.  It's like pink shaped tissue paper glued on a white backing. At least that's what I see.  It looks great!!

I might do 2 versions. One with white spots, one without.

I think the fact that I don't see any white spludges on the two butterflies or the fence posts means it has to be part of the pink background.

It is looking very good; I'd suggest you even out the whites on the wicker chair - some patches are yellow white and others a bit blue and others neutral. Several ways you could do that (masked to just the chair) without doing complete monochrome (which wouldn't look right).

On the white shoes with the yellow laces, I still see quite a bit of blue on the sneaker - perhaps a Hue/Sat adjustment layer where you reduce the blue saturation? If it works it'll save more cloning :)
