Photo Delay
« on: December 16, 2014, 06:40:22 PM »
Hi, My name is Tricia Morris-Hill.
I just wanted to get a message to you that I completed a wedding photo restoration a few weeks ago and was about to send it to you when my computer got stuck in a loop of switching off and on.  :(
My computer has been sent away to be fixed. It's a graphics hardware issue apparently.
It has taken longer than I expected to be returned so I need to let you know in case someone is waiting on the photo.
I feel really bad that I cant access the photo or complete any more work. I hope that it will still be there when my computer gets returned.
In the meantime if you wish to give the image to someone else to do I completely understand.
Wishing you all a Happy Christmas.

Hi Tricia,

Sorry for your computer problems and hope they fixed soon and not too expensive. It would help if you would send your distributor and email asking that your photo be returned. Thanks.

Wishing you a Merry Christmas.
