I was going through the before and after photos yesterday and ran across a couple where a face was completely destroyed in the original but the repair had a face. What are the parameters for doing that kind of repair?

Judy, it meant there was a reference photo provided by the family. We have had some where if the face is gone, then the features are blurred out if we have no other photo to go by. We do not accept on copy runs any photo with too much of the face missing unless there is a reference photo.

Thanks. That's good to know.

For future reference, how do we obtain these pictures if they are available?

Mhayes

Normally a reference photo will be labeled "reference" and will be download to you along with your request. It usually shows up in the gallery so that you know there is one. As stated before if there is no face it should not have accepted with some exceptions where there are groups of people and the missing face belongs to a person that is not important to the family. Other than that, if you have a question on your photo, ask the distributor.
