Hi David,

You will receive an email acknowledgement from the distributor letting you know that your upload has been received and whether or not more work needs to be done.  Distributors are located in Australia, Germany and Nevada so allow for time zone differences.  In addition the distributors generally have a bit of back log to work through so you want to allow a couple of extra days for that too.

Yes, that's the way it worked!

Thanks for the pointer.

In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. But, in practice, there is.

When you receive your email invite to download a photo from Photoshelter simply click on the link in the email. This will take you to Photoshelter to log in.
Once you have logged in you should see your account page which looks like this.

Hi Tess,

When I log in and navigate to my invitations, there are 0 invitations to galleries in there. How do I remedy this situation?

Thanks,
Kate

The new site looks great, but I (probably stupidly) can't find the "upload to Photoshelter" button. I have a finished photo to upload and can't find a way to do it!

The best approach to upload is to download the Photoshelter Up-loader from the Link Below. You can login and upload easily. Pick the Windows or MAC version as it applies to you:

So the uploading app works okay, but how do we ask for a pic to download?

OPR should really make a link to this page on Photoshelter unmistakably HUGE.

I suggest people bookmark these links so that they have access to them even if the forum/host is down.
