Saw your advice a bit too late.  With all the interruptions from the trick-a-treaters, we decided to go to a fast food joint for dinner after they were all gone.  We found the place was filled with high schoolers in their costumes!  Fun!  At least they were having dinner before candies  :D

Looks like you survived the night of horrors just fine!
In Holland we donnot celebrate Halloween, they do show horror movies on TV, there was even one on the public channel that I had never seen before.
Must have been fun seeing all the kids in their costumes!

Hannie, I saw your post in time, but did not want to post under yours for fear the spider would jump down.

My wife was born at midnight on Oct. 31. Her mother referred to her as a trick & a treat. Her name is Karen, but she is called Karee. At this time of the year we call her Skaree. Halloween is a special time with our families. The best card she got this year was a photo of a girl dressed as a witch standing in front of a selection of different brooms and inside the card read "a girl's got to accessorize".
Happy Late Halloween! Now it's Day of The Dead.
