I received this email late last night from Tess:

Hi Margie, my internet connection has been offline since this morning. I'm using the mobile to send this message. Apparently the whole state is down and they are working on it.

So if you do not hear from Tess right away, you will know why. Personally, I think she decided to have a wild birthday party and did not want to be disturbed.  ;D

Haha, I wish. Gave up when tech support still didn't have a time on the fix at 8.30 last night. It must have been big, whatever happened, for them to have the announcement when you phoned that the whole state was down.
