Some people have registered for Photoshelter, but not for Operation Photo Rescue.  We must have a record of your name and e-mail address so we can get you photos.  Registering for Photoshelter is the second step of the sign-up process.  The first step is signing up with Operation Photo Rescue.  Write it here, e-mail me at [email protected] to get that in.
