Well this is what I have started to work on. It looked pretty straight forward Until...I looked at the daughter's eyes and discovered that she applied coloring on hers. They are both laughing. The question is, does mother have coloration on her face as some sort of a joke or is the discoloration from water artifact. Thanks

I think the faces do have applied coloration. Not damage.

Phil, I think everyone is right, but this is another maybe I should contact the owner. Would be quite a shock if it was painted. ;D

Margie that would be shock if all of that color was artifact.
