Title: Hand/Panning issue with Windows 10

Hey Gang. So ... finally upgraded to Windows 10 and have been trying to get photoshop cs5 to behave. Finally found the solution to make the panning shortcut where you hold down spacebar to activate the hand tool work. Turns out you have to hold down the Window Key + Spacebar now. Thought I would share the info since it appears the last Win 10 update caused problems for others using various versions of ps including the current cc.  ::)
