In the Glare
« on: October 17, 2021, 06:49:32 PM »
I'm floundering on this one.. the light is so bad it's messing up all the colors but that's the way it is so I've kept it the same.. sort of. DH just critiqued my image and said "lose the fuzzy edge to his hair.. he doesn't have it like that" lol

You're off to a great start Lynn. Couple little things. Maybe check her collar/earring area on the left looking at the image, and on my screen, maybe tweak the cyan on his collar and beard. You might also want to add a little noise to the smooth area beside his head/hair. See what you think. Good luck.

I don't think you're all that far off - although I do agree that the hairline on the groom isn't right. There are some other pictures of him in Bambi's gallery that confirm my guess (looking through the murk) at his hair, both at the front and behind his ear.

The bride was too close to the flash and was a bit washed out, but a couple of adjustment layers darkened that side of the image a bit and it looks a lot better.

The only other thing I see is the bride's hair tendrils aren't quite right

My quick and dirty edits on your WIP
