It appears to be part of their uniform, Hannie. That's what threw me for the longest so what I ended up doing is posting a message to the historian at Ft. Sill, an Army base located in Lawton, OK.

I'm sending her home.

LOL. Thanks! Well I was up to close to midnight (lasted about 45 min) on a chat with the carrier's rep arguing the cost and got them to credit me $135.32. I was going to give up.

Glad my cats aren't that large especially since they love to play.
