Color Corrected image with Curves and 3 sample points. Oh my, people look awful.


Tried a couple of things and then decided to just mask the people. What do you think? How can I improve my corrections?

Hi Lyn, you did a great job with masking and all!
I wondered if the sample points could be picked differently so there is no need for the layer mask.  I sampled the black point from a black figure in the background, white from dial plate on wrist watch, grey from wrist band.  I moved around a bit with sampler till I got an acceptable skin color.

Your repairs look fantastic.  :up:  Something that stands out to me is the reddish glow in the middle of the gray wall. I think it's from the sun shining in and not part of the damage.

I thought the same thing about that red area. If it's distracting I can take it out.
