Please check my levels for me before I continue

I have already submitted this photo once and was informed that I had blown the levels.
I spent a lot of time on it and was not amused that I had somewhere missed something in the levels.
I now believe that they reverted back to 0  255     instead of 5  244

I have so far copied the photo,then added a levels ajustment layer.I then typed in the 5 244 and auto corrected.
I then proceeded through the RGB channels and again changed to 5  244 before fetching my sliders in to the start of the graph.Noted that the sliders were already mostly in place on the left side and were dragged in from the right.
When I came out and back to RGB layer the setting stated 0   255 for that setting but the separate channels were still 5  244.

I have changed the RGB to 5   244 and brought the sliders back in a little.

The photo has been shrunk for the forum purpose only.

I told Bambi I would be posting here before I go any further this time.I am not good at asking for help its a flaw that I have always had so I am biting the bullet here. :D
