Newbie/ french with a broken english and…… sorry but I can't get it

Hi everybody  ;)

I tried to read the instructions in the confirmation email that was sent to me by Pat (in the pdf) and also in the forum but unfortunately, I'm unable to catch anything (mostly because of my broken english  :-\ )

When I log in opr/photoshelter, I can see 4 tabs : home, galleries, search, lightboxes... (no "client area" !)
What am I supposed to do ? There are 3 galleries (Bambi's, Jona's, and Tess's...)

My question is "where are the images supposed to be restored ? what's the download/upload process ?"
If any of you may help, that would be fair :'(

Thanks Tess for all your posts but the photo shelter website has a really different look of your screenshots...

Welcome Jean-Joseph. Be sure you log in to Photoshelter using the link on the left side of this page (which says "PHOTOSHELTER click and pick a damaged photo"). That takes you to the OPR area.

Also, read the pdf on "NAVIGATING OPR" (another link on the left side of this page). Pages 6 - 8 will guide you through selecting a photo.
