Hi everyone, I am just starting work on this picture...it is streaked with 100s of little yellow spots.  I have started cleaning them up with the clone stamp or healing brush but its time consuming and I have to be really careful not to change the underlying picture.  As I am doing this it occurs to me that  there must be a faster more efficient way...any thoughts or suggestions?
Thanks
Kris

Actually you can see the spots better in this one post colour correction

Most of the approaches for dust and scratch reduction will introduce some blur in the image and result in a different sort of blemish (streaks instead of spots, for instance). You could spend hours trying different approaches and then decide they just don't work.

Often the tedious one-spot-at-a-time yields a better result and ends up costing less time. But if you want to try something else, here's a link http://www.digitalretouch.org/samples.html to one approach.
