The face looks a little on the plastic side to me.  This is my first restore attempt for OPR.
Really...that's what you're going with?

Hi David,

Congratulations on your first OPR restore!

To keep the face from looking plastic you can use the original photo, do a Levels and Curves adjustment (as described in the OPR Technique Handbook).  Zoom in really close and use the Healing brush to clean up the face only.  Then you can past this layer on top of your restored layers and use a layer mask to bring out the face only.
