I agree with Pat, wonderful job on this one :-)!

The only thing I could nitpick would be the little white part that looks like damage on the very bottom left ::).

Matt, great restore! I noticed that in your second version the hair has better detail as well.
(or is it because I cleaned my monitor screen...)

Hannie, as a retoucher I'm used to watching out for every detail, therefore that was quite easy to spot :-).

Thanks guys. And yes, Hannie, I used the dodge tool to bring out some of the detail in the hair.
