One Gallery at a Time
« on: October 13, 2009, 08:57:38 PM »
Hi Everyone,

This is mainly for our newcomers: Please do not make multiple selections in more than one gallery. I know there are so many instructions to remember when you first start out, but it will help keep the confusion to a minimum by requesting photos from one gallery only. Right now we are getting comments in all three galleries from individual volunteers. It is confusing to see a comment for 3rd choice when there is no 1st choice listed by that person. We then have to send out an email to the other distributors to see if they have a request in their gallery. I know that it is done to make sure that you get a photo, but make a selection within one gallery only and list your 1st and 2nd choice. Also, we ask if you are new to stick with only one photo in the beginning. After you have finished your photo and got confirmation that it is OK, you may go to another gallery. Hope that helps clear up the confusion.
