How do I include my working image in a forum post?

I'm new to OPR and not a regular participant in other forums.  How do I include a working version of an image in my forum post to ask for advice?

For those who can't see the photo, click on the little diamond icon with a "?" in it in the original post.  That will load the photo from Flickr.

Thanks for the suggestions.  I'll try the healing brush and perhaps the clone tool to break up the blotches.  Am I correct that I should not be seeking a truly smooth sky?  The rest of the photo lacks smoothness...or am I just being lazy with the rest of the photo?  For example, look at the siding on the side of the house.
