Could you please take a look at this photo. It has taken longer than I expected but I'm getting there.
Does anyone have an idea for a background surround as there is nothing there at all. I have put this one on as it was very distracting while working on it with all those colors.
Thanks guys.

Old Geezer,

You have done a terrific restoration job so far.

I may try to do a 8x10 portrait crop and copy her blouse pattern to fill the lower right corner.  I know it is easily said than done.

By the way, I love your wonderful photos in the gallery.

Looks to me like the rectangular white frame thing is damage from another photo sticking to yours. Note that the woman's blouse/dress shows outside that 'frame'. I agree with Schen about both his observations: you've done a great job so far, and the 8x10 portrait crop would work quite well.

Cheers guys, for the comments :)

So you think I should disregard the white stroke and crop it ?
I will ask permission and see what reply I get.

Pete,

Personally, I love that slanted white boarder and the maroon background you put up.  I hope the manager will agree on that.

Pete, I don't think you have very many options that will work and what you are doing looks great.
