Child chair, walker, seat, potty or stroller?

Anyone have a suggestion as to what the youngster on the right of the photo is sitting in?
There's so much dreck that the rgb, cmyk and lab channels reveal nothing, even with much massaging.

The legs look like aluminum or steel tubing, but I can find nothing in Google Images that even remotely matches the configuration or appearance; everything is modern, bulky plastic, no metal as in the good old days, back when we were all still young  ;).

Lacking reference for the correct item, y'all think I should dummy-in something resembling a walker?

Terry, it's just a chair.  No wheels, no bounce, but keeps the lad in place.  I'm working on a picture of the littlest as you can see.
