Is there an extra space in between 'Certificate' and 'of' that shouldn't be there?

For all to know the Dean of the school at that time was: Dr. Robert K. Wimpelberg.  Reply came in this morning!!!

Yes, it's Rob and yet one more change!  I'm glad that the University wrote though.  That way we know that it's going back to the owner correct.
