Title: TIP: Removing 'paper' texture

If you don't (can't) use the FFT filter, here's a work around.

Go to FILTERS>VIDEO>DEINTERLACE. Run it on the 'odd' field; then again on the 'even' field. Keep alternating those two till you are satisfied.
