I wonder if the lady's hair hair and hands should be a little darker?

Couple more suggestions from me - hope I'm not too late! This is a lovely photo. I think her hair has a spit curl on her right, as the little curl end you can see poking out on the other side. Also, I think her lips are a little fuller at the center and rise faster to the edge than you showed.

I did also mess with the shadow under her neck a little to make it look more like the original. See what you think

You're not too late, I was hoping you'd chime in Jo Ann! You're absolutely right about the curl. I'll fix it and make your other corrections, too.
