Title: Space bar quit working

I have cs6, mac. The spacebar shortcut quit working as the hand tool. The hand shows up but does nothing. HELP!

Did you try restarting your computer?  (not shut down and start, I mean "restart")  This works sometimes on PC, not sure if it works on Mac.
