Unless you are willing to pay a lot of money every year there is no 3rd party linking possible at Photobucket.
Because of this a lot of our topics are now useless, the images are not visible anymore.
Basically, Photobucket keeps most of our forum images hostage.
We advise our volunteers to use another image hosting like Imgur.
