Hello, I am very new here, and this is my first photo restoration. Is this acceptable? Any advice will be appreciated! : )

Ilona, I think your restoration looks great. It's also great to have you on the forum and hope to see more of your work. What is funny about this photo is that when I first saw your restore I thought there was something wrong with the man and his upper body. However, when I saw the original I realized that is how he looked.

More than acceptable, lovely restore Ilona. Beautiful gradient along the top of the sky.
