His skin tone is looking a little blue.
I agree, colors could be a little warmer.
Mike you have done a beautiful cleanup, you got rid of all the tears, the yellow and magenta stains as well!
One more thing that jumped out at me, the shading in his face got lost a little in the restoring process?

Thanks for your suggestions, I'll see if I can warm up the skin tones and bring back some shading.
Here is the latest effort. Warmed up the skin tones a little and added some shadow to the face.
