Her TED talk on photo restoration after the 2011 Japanese earthquake and tsunami. It's a great pep talk on what we do at OPR. Has anyone from OPR ever done a TED talk?

Thanks Jay for posting the link, the mission in Japan is so like what OPR does and she did a great job explaining why the photos had so much meaning. What I find discouraging about social media is the remarks that followed. I could not believe some of the petty remarks that followed and wondered how they could have so little empathy.

I did go to the Ted.com site and will bookmark it for future reference for contacting. I went to link about organizing a local Ted event: https://www.ted.com/participate/organize-a-local-tedx-event  At the present time is not something we couldn't afford, but maybe in the future.

Here is another video with her. It shows some of her commercial retouching & compositing work along with some of the projects she worked on for the Japanese tsunami victims:

I love TED conference videos! There are so many really interesting people in the world, doing fascinating work in a wide range of disciplines.
