I finally got some more time to play in Photoshop today!

Wow Sharon, you performed a miracle and brought baby back!
I like how you were very careful to keep the original texture and all.
Perhaps I can make a few suggestions to bring out baby even a little bit more?
- little more brightness (36) and contrast (21)
- if you have CS5, Vibrance at 74
- noise, median at 1
(you will have to darken the now too light background)
Then I took the original baby face and used it to bring back a few highlights.
