Title: After posting
Post by: smccuist on December 16, 2009, 10:47:09 PM
I posted my first restore a few days ago. Is there any kind of follow up to let me know if it was accepted or not? And if so, how long should I wait? I was hoping to find out if there were any problems before I did any others.

Thanks

Hi Smccuist,

Could you tell us what gallery it was from and the name of the photo. Right now PhotoShelter is down and we will look as soon as it comes back up. I believe PhotoShelter is going to have another down time, but thought it was scheduled for Dec 17. We try to get back within a day of your uploading to let you know if your photo is good to go. As soon as we know the photo and the gallery, we will get back with you.

Thanks,

Margie

Just checked my notes and PhotoShelter is down today from 10 pm to 1 am EST. Tomorrow we will be able to check on your restore. Sorry for the delay.

I did get the feedback email and I appreciate the comments. I just wasn't sure if that was standard practice or not. Now that I know it is I'll keep going.
Thanks for this opportunity.
