Hi Everyone,

I received this email late last night from Tess:

Or maybe Tess already had a party last night and is having a bit of a sleep in?   ;)

Haha, I wish. Gave up when tech support still didn't have a time on the fix at 8.30 last night. It must have been big, whatever happened, for them to have the announcement when you phoned that the whole state was down.
