Title: A Question of Resolution
Post by: Mhayes on November 29, 2008, 05:25:42 PM
Hi Everyone,

Sometimes when PhotoShelter makes changes, you don't notice it till problems start cropping up.  >:( When we work on the distribution side, we don't often catch changes that happen on your side. Unfortunately, PhotoShelter made a slight change on the choices when you get ready to download your photo to your computer as shown:

High-Res Download:
» Original file (2400x3000)
» JPEG - large (2400 pixels)
» JPEG - medium (1200 pixels)
» JPEG - small (600 pixels)

You will always want to pick "Original file," because otherwise your photo will be at the wrong resolution. Thanks.

Thanks for the heads-up, Margie.  Between PhotoShelter's changes and our webmeister's ministrations to OPR's site one could easily get lost. (If you hear a plaintive cry of "hep me, hep me, I are old and can't find my way" look to the south!)

Hugs
