I added this feature because I know some of you have said that the larger images sometimes create scroll bars in the forum and it's not always the easiest to see the images. This should eliminate that issue to a degree.
The other cool thing is that if you post your before and after images in sequence in your forum posts, when a person clicks on your first image, it will open in full screen mode, then if you hover your mouse over the upper right hand corner of the picture you'll see a 'next' button appear allowing you to go to the next image posted. Then if you want to go back, hover your cursor over the upper left corner and you'll see a 'back' button which will essentially let you use these buttons toggle back and forth between before/afters.

That being said, I don't want to take anything away from the great job your doing with the forum, but one problem still remains with the wide photo thing.
The text is still the same width as the photos that are posted, and you still have to scroll over to read it.
If your working on this part of the problem still, then I'm sorry for jumping the gun.

I have the same problem and will later send you the link to the example. I noticed that if I post a picture that is saved as a jpg at 72 dpi rather than one at 300 dpi, there is no problem with having an oversized picture and the text that extends out with it.

Okay, here's the deal... I had originally set things up to have the forum resize the images posted to 800px on their longest side. Obviously, based on screen resolution and/or monitor size this can cause images to not fit and the scroll bars appear, etc. Also note that if someone has removed the image and it no longer is visible in the forum that the lightbox function just will stick on a blank white screen.
I have changed it so that the longest side of any posted image is now 600px... let me know if this fixes the scrolling issue for those who are experiencing it. When the images are clicked on, they will open in their original size.
Here is an example... probably overkill, but it demonstrates what I'm referring to. Let me know if you see the scroll bars at 600px.

I know when I first started with OPR, it didn't matter what size you posted your photos they displayed within the page without having to remove the sidebar, I usually resize to 800x600 and they never were a problem.

What's the resolution of your screen Max? Size of your monitor?
The only other thing that we can do without making posted pictures look like thumbnails is make the forum width 100% of the page, which I just changed.
Let me know if that makes any difference. If it doesn't fix it, it's probably just going to have to be something to deal with, unfortunately.

Thats fixed it. ;D With your new photo size it displays in the normal screen, and on the other link I gave you it displays without scroll bars when I kill the sidebar. Great work. Now I don't have an inch of waste space either side of my screen. :up:
My monitor is 19" and resolution is 1024x768.
This will make viewing much more enjoyable, thanks John.
