Am I the only one that can't log into the NAPP site. I could this morning, but not now. Got a new password, still nada.

I was able to log in. Can you try a different browser?

I was able to log into NAPP, although at first the pull down menu to do it at wouldn't stay open. I got a message to clear my cookies. Then the window opened up normal and I could sign in.
