Interesting sleeves

I started on this photo and have since backed off.   The lady has some unusual sleeves as well as photo damage in that area.  I am wondering what is from her sleeves and what is photo damage. 



It appears that the object near her right armpit  is the man's hand.

Hi Phil,

I believe there is no damage on the girl's sleeves.  She is wearing a short sleeve knitted sweater over a patterned long sleeve button down shirt.

Phil, I agree with Hannie about the sweater over a long-sleeved patterned shirt. I would say that her left arm has the closest to an accurate pattern. If you could somehow transfer that pattern to her right arm that would be as much as you should do. (How's that for a 'coulda woulda shouda'?) The faces matter more than the clothing anyway.
