It's a secret!!  LOL

Actually, when I can replace the type I do.  This happens to be New Times Roman and I was able to adjust the kerning with each word.  Sometimes I move along letter by letter or just one word at a time. It's a slow process but fun.  As for the signatures. I took the photo up 300% and worked with replacing the color little by little around the signature.  Then used the smudge tool to clean around the edges of the signatures.
