Problems with discolored areas finally got the picture in the post

Not sure what is the best way to get rid of the discolored areas, some of which I have circled.

Hi Schaer,

You didn't post the original so I may be wrong, I think the areas you circled are more like what it should look like and the darker areas in between (not circled) need some cleaning up?

If so, you could use Charlene's method to adjust the spots to match the rest of the area.

Then you may need to repair the color with a color layer.

Hi Schaer,

Big Improvement!You got rid of the streaks and did a great job on the man's jacket on your left. I know that sometimes what appears on the Internet may look different than when I download it to my computer, but it looks like you have corrected the man's pants on your right to a better color. On your previous upload, the man's pants were pink and I thought this was more from age and perhaps color migrations due to water damage.
