Does this lady have glasses on? The white spot on her left eye almost looks like glare, not damage. The more I look at it, the more I think she does wear glasses.

I'm afraid so. The original is a 4x6 snapshot with four people in it. Full body shots of all with a sizable background.

Looking at it a bit more, I don't think she is wearing glasses...

I actually think she might be wearing glasses.    The image is pretty small to make a definitive decision though.

Reminds me of a pair of glasses that my momma had.  A bit 'cateyed' in shape and a soft color - maybe beige or pink.  Think mid to late 60's style.  You could try a retro search on eyeware.  I saw some at the optomitrist upon last visit.
