CS2 with Intuos 2 Tablet.  Pretty dependent on Alien Skin Exposure 2 plug-in for restoring grain and film appearance back to original states.

Also use Corel Painter IX when I'm really stuck -- running Exposure 2 on my Painted areas can sometimes give me enough material to successfully weave into images that just don't have the information to work with.  I'm not really skilled at Painter though, so this is always a last resort for me...

I was in flux for the last three months.  :D

1. Old PC to a new PC with lots of memory and disk
2. mouse to Intuos 3 tablet
3. PS7 to CS2 (at home) and CS3 (remote execution)

The impact to my restoration work was in that order, though CS2 upgrade helps a lot for my photography.

cs3 and a Wacom tablet.  I bought the 22 hour Deke McClelland training videos for photoshop, and highly recommend them - they will change the way you work in photoshop.
