By guys back in a few days.. will check in (how can I stay away) I have my smartish phone
When I put this family in my gallery, I downloaded this one for myself. But I had other things and when you requested it, I knew it was in better hands. When I know the story behind the photographs, i can't get them out of my heart.
So true bambi :loveit:
Bambi, I feel the same.
Margie

Thanks Hannie and Mike ..hoping to see some elk tomorrow..
We saw them at the Oconaluftee Visitor Center in the field right by the road.
Plans had to change so we didn't get to see them..we'll see them in Colorado 🦒
Just thought I'd post my progress.. very slow and very rough background so far.. lots and lots to do. Will leave the lovely man til last.. still a lot of cleanup in the details to do.. comments welcome..
Looking good so far!
Thanks Lyn.. gonna need your help and eyes on this one..
Here you go. ;)

:funny: sure gonna need those.. don't let too much go by those eyes even now at this early stage.. by the time I get to the end I'll be lost as usual..
O.k. gang.. here's where I'm at.. have at it please.. Is there too much yellow in the skin tones??
This is phenomenal! The color looks ok on my monitor (but then again I'm questioning the color on my own restore...). The only thing I see is the top of the middle picture frame in the back needs to be straightened out just the tiniest bit. You did a really great job!
Thanks mary..I'll check that picture frame.
Really nice Lynn! On a wee little screen and colr looks good. Kiska and Hannie will have better eyes. Way to go!
Thanks shadow  I'll wait for input..
This is just an awesome restore Lynn, very impressive! Skin tones look excellent to me.
Beautiful Lynn!
Thanks Mike and Margie.. I'll hold for a day or so and see if anyone can offer any improvements...
Impressive restore Lynn!
Perhaps you can sample some of the little boy's facial colors to add to dad's face in a color layer?
Hannie's tip will put it over the top. Beautiful restore!
Thanks Hannie and Shadow.. I've added some of the boys color to the first version..and I thought it was a little too dark..
second version is same color added and lightened a tad.. what do you think..The second one looks better to me.. I don't think he's that dark..
Does it still need more color in his face???
Lynn, I like your darker version better.
You could add a Color Balance layer and move the blue slider a little to the right (for the 2 faces only)?

(also darkened the shadows in his face and hair just a little)
lol, not sure how that orange dot got in there.
how's this Hannie.. need more??
Looks great to me Lynn! :up2:
Oh yeay! I'll send them home Hannie.. thank you
They will be so happy to have them home. Way to go! Wonderful.
