Title: Objects in Background

Hi.  This is the original.  The background has me somewhat perplexed.  You can see that there is light on the photo from the "copy light"  but in addition, in the upper left hand of the background there appears to be a pillow and something else.  I was wondering whether to delete those objects or leave them in.

Thanks.

Phil

Hi Phil,

I have no idea of what that it is, but I would ignore it and sample from good parts of the background to replace it. I'm not sure about it being a pillow as it has a straight edge. Since it appears to be a studio photo, I'm pretty sure that is damage.

Margie

P.S. I thought it looked like a sofa.  ;D

Phil, I'm with Margie.  I think it's bleed from another photo.  Looks like parts (an arm or a leg) from someone else. I believe a studio background would be very appropriate. That's going to make a gorgeous restoration.

Cheers,
