downloading

can someone help with downloading ....i am new to the group and having trouble figuring out the ins and outs of OPR....I dont want to give up .....I love photo restoration ...it is fabulous

How did you download your first image?  If you can elaborate on what goes wrong when you try to download we may be better able to help you!

Hi JaM,

It can be a little confusing at first, so don't give up. When you say you need help with downloading, do you mean after you receive the email invite with a link to your gallery and photo?  Or, are you trying to download a photo directly from the distributor's gallery? When in a gallery, you will need to leave a comment on the photo you would like to restore and then later we will download it your gallery. We will then send you an email with a link and you will then download that photo to your hard drive.
