Help with faces

Hi! This is my first picture with OPR, and I'm working really hard on it, but there are several faces completely missing. Am I supposed to recreate the faces? And how do I do that without it looking fake?  Here's the original and the work I've done so far.

Hi Kelly,

Restore only what you can and those where faces are completely missing--leave as is. Sometimes we will blur the face out a little. If this had been in color, I would have suggested looking in the individual channels to see if you could pick up the missing information. The other choice is to see if there might be a reference photo in that family's group.
