Max, you have a good eye. I can see a hint of a shadow indicating a collar but it does need a little definition. Candy I think he can then go home...........Mary

There is a collar but I can see what you both are saying.  Most of it is tucked behind the tie but I tried to bring it out now and have posted and sent him home.

Candy, he looks great! The only thing I would suggest is toning down his white teeth a little bit. Great job.

Strangely I have to admit that most black people that I've come across, have that white of teeth.  Perhaps it's the contrast that makes them stand out.
