Title: Very minor help required
Post by: G3User on May 29, 2012, 02:59:42 AM
After playing around with a variety of methods I have finished up with solid colour for the corduroy jacket. I had hoped that a luminosity mask might help to recreate the difference between the peaks and troughs of the fabric but no joy. Any thoughts?

I have left the hole in the eyebrow of the chap in front, it looks more like a scar than damage but I am open to suggestions as usual.

Athol, the jacket looks great as it is!
I think you are probably right about the eyebrow.
At the risk of having to suffer for it afterwards I will go ahead and make a few suggestions.
There is some white discoloring in the bottom shirt collar, on the right side. (also the other 2 shirt are a little yellow)
The guy on top has almost no yellow in his skin color.
Top part of lady's dress could use a little more blue.

Let the needles do their work...

At the risk of exposing myself to your wicked wit, Athol, I noticed a bit of a yellow cast through the center of the photograph.

Good comments, applied and on its way

You both seem to be a bit twitchy, probably too much caffeine and not sleeping well? Good comments are a cure for many things :)
