Hi Marifer,

I think you are off to a good start.  I see some differences in her teeth, and I think her neck looks too wide.  Perhaps a bit of narrowing in the neck, and more shading of the chin.  Also, look at her eyes.  Most people, even at this young age, which I'm assuming to be a high school senior picture, have some lines/shadows under their eyes.  It can become a bit in the study of art.  Eyes are one of the most important, yet difficult aspects to restore.  I think she needs some softness/lines, etc. to go with her eyes.  She looks to bright-eyed.  Keep in mind the eye reflecting points as well.  Also, some subtle highlights in the hair.

As I said, you are off to a great start.  I think with some minor "cosmetic" touch-ups, she'lll look great!
