I think it turned out well. I had a lot of fun with this one.

Hannie, I took your advice from my last posting and adjusted all separate levels before submitting the photo and it did make quite a difference. Thanks for your advice.

Hi Mykl,

What a cutie and what a beautiful restore!
I wonder if the bright spot left on the bottom may be damage?

Great job,

Thanks Hannie.

I always appreciate your input.

I left that bright spot because it looked like flash glare to me. At 100% zoom it wasn't representative of damage. I decided to leave it because it was part of the original. It may have become amplified a bit due to the levels and brightness/contrast adjustments. Are we supposed to remove things like that? Tone them down? Or...

Thanks,

Mykl

Hi Mykl, great job on the little cutie. Thats a hard question you asked. It's technically not damage but then again it draws the eye to it as it's a flaw, like red eye. Personally I'd tone it down so it's not so noticable.

Thanks Tassie!

I can appreciate that and thank you for the insight on what to do. I will keep it in mind on future restorations. Thanks for being supportive.

Talk to ya later,
