Another jewel from Tess's gallery. She gave the OK to crop so I cropped the cardboard and am left with a 5 x 5 image. Found the color cast particularly stubborn. Unable to find a good gray point so I added a Curves layers and set White at 244 and Black at 15. Then I went with the Channel - High Contrast Red Filter. I duplicated my image and on this copy I merged the layers and saved it. Reopened the copy with the Open As option and Camera Raw for the file format. (Working in PS CS5) This opened the Camera Raw window. Tweaked the mid tones and shadows then Opened the image back into PS. Drug this back over to my original image. Added another Curves Layer to tweak the settings and to set the midtones to 126. There's still more healing to go. Any thoughts so far? Many thanks.

I think it's looking real good... is it a tinsey bit bright?
