This the original i will be working with.   As you can tell there is very little damage to the image and mostly needs minor touch up and color corrections.

Hi Winter, welcome to the forum!

What a great job you did, you got rid of the noise but not at the cost of detail.
When I finish a restore, the last thing I do is zoom in really large and go over any leftover damage.
Often I check the levels adjustments again, you will notice that in your restore you have lost some of your blacks.  (left sliders in R, G and B)

Minor picks in an otherwise beautiful restore.

Some of his facial areas need a little grain. 
(A 50% gray layer in Soft light mode with a little noise,  Gaussian, monochrome)
